If so, stop by the GreenThumb Tree Care Workshop at 1:00pm on Saturday, June 12th at the Prospect Heights Community Farm at 252-256 St. Marks Avenue. You'll learn all the basics including watering tips, how to improve soil, strategies for discouraging litter and pets, safe tree guard design and how to plant a beautiful street tree bed garden.
Come early (around noon) if you'd like to have lunch before getting started.
